Flexible ServiceSelfbuild Solutions recognizes each customer has different needs and so we have structured our service so that it can be tailored to your own personal requirements. The minimum amount of work we will do is the provision of the timber frame, including the construction of the foundations, but we can provide as much as you wish over and above this including the Building Regulation drawings and their submission. It may be that once you have acquired your land and planning permission, you wish to hand the whole project over to us, so that when we have finished you can move straight in. Alternatively you may also wish to do a large amount of the work yourself, or use your own sub-contractors the choice is yours. We will be happy to quote for complete and partial builds |
No Compromise DesignUnlike many other companies, we have not supplied the same house tens or hundreds of times over. Why compromise and accept a stock design when you can create your own bespoke design to meet your individual needs? With Selfbuild Solutions the only restrictions on the style and features of your dream home will be the local planning officer and of course your own budget. |
Fixed Price QuotationsSelfbuild Solutions will provide a fully detailed item by item quotation specifying exactly what is included and, just as importantly, what is not included in the price quoted. We will build to a fixed price, with no hidden extras. |
